Kerry Hays is the Founder and Principal of gigbridge- Talent Solutions. Kerry’s passion for recruiting started in 1996, when she started her career as an aerospace engineering recruiter driven by the desire and opportunity to change people’s lives by building relationships with candidates, getting to know their career aspirations and matching them with like-minded companies to forge a positive long-term outcome for both parties. Her love of brokering partnerships that result in mutual success for candidates and clients remains her motivation today.

He is the founder of Precision C3, focused on manufacturing parts in the aerospace, electric vehicle, and energy industries. As a CTO in financial services, Julian has been responsible for Risk, Financial Crimes and Fraud surveillance, Private equity, and equity capital markets.
