Our client faced challenges amidst rapid growth in software development, windows engineering, and cloud technology needs. The struggle to identify experienced candidates in container-based development was hindering their ability to meet business timelines.

- We partnered with them to create a pipeline of resources in key areas enabling them to meet their business timelines.
- The client was initially performing manual software deployments and had limited QA, we helped them moved to CI/CD using Jenkins and integrated QA into the pipeline.
- Crafted detailed job descriptions, core software lists, technical filtering questions, and a roadmap outlining the client’s technical deployment and architecture for the next 12-24 months.
- Recruited full-stack software engineers, both on-site and remotely, to bolster the client’s Scrum teams.
- Engaged Windows VM server engineers and Red Hat Server engineers to fortify the client’s virtual environments.
- Recruited Windows VM server deployment engineers and Red Hat Server deployment engineers with CI/CD expertise to establish a robust CI/CD pipeline.
- Onboarded and Integrated QA team members seamlessly into the CI/CD pipeline.

deployment team bandwidth issues. The integration of QA into the CI/CD pipeline
