Our client is an Architectural, Engineering and construction firm specializing in facility and commercial builds.
Client Challenge: Our client benefited greatly from rapid growth which led to an increase in their workforce, additional locations and operations. The existing Information Technology Infrastructure presented a challenge. The client had outsourced their Managed Service Provider (MSP) to handle server maintenance and provide technical support for a medium-sized user base. The IT infrastructure had not been updated to accommodate the growth in the workforce. Furthermore, both the field offices and home offices were experiencing inadequate support from the MSP. The provider had limited availability and resources, and there were no Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in place to hold them accountable for their services. The recognized the need for an updated IT infrastructure and solutions that could support applications, mobile devices, and field service operations and a Technology Team Restructuring. They required guidance on the best approach to resolve these issues and create an expansion plan. Budget considerations were also a key factor in their decision-making process.
Result: Collectively contributed to the successful resolution of the client’s technology team challenges. Gigbridge continues to support the client as an advisor, conducting bi-annual check-ups and assessments.

Client Challenge: Client’s position as a fintech, gaming, and payments enterprise company with a high vulnerability for security faced challenges related to the implementation of a Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). Seeking to partner to collaborate on the rollout of PKI as a critical component in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and authenticity of digital information and communications.
Result: Ongoing communication and collaboration between the client and the gigbridge consultants ensured a smooth integration of new team members with the existing team, addressing the client’s challenges in PKI rollout and security enhancement.
Network Infrastructure Team Buildout

Client Challenge: In the realm of fintech, gaming, and payment solutions, our client faced critical challenges in their Network Infrastructure. The in-house expertise demonstrated a tunnel-visioned approach, necessitating a refresh with contemporary security technologies and architecture.
Result: Overall, the approach was comprehensive, addressing both immediate security concerns and the client’s long-term goal of establishing a resilient and skilled security team within the network infrastructure. The clients NIM, Security Architect and gigbridge consultant remain in close contact with bi-weekly check ins to address additional network security concerns, flex staffing resource needs.
Data Services Scrum Team
Our client is an enterprise-sized Fintech and Gaming provider with offices across the globe.
Client Challenge: Our client, was engaged in a transformation from an accounting system to an ERP and had no resources focused on data understanding, modification and cleanup before loading into the ERP. Additionally, the ERP transformation lacked a structured approach and was experiencing significant budget and time overruns. The client also struggled to allocate dedicated time for the Product Owner and lacked a cohesive Agile team structure.
Result: This approach enabled the initiative sponsors to see weekly progress towards their goals and make decisions on chart of accounts changes as well as changing their supply chain and warehouse procedures. Implementation of Agile methodologies and the formation of a dynamic Data Services Scrum Team resulted in efficient collaboration, enhanced initiative management, and the establishment of a skilled and nimble Agile team.
Agile / Scrum Team- Advancement and Evaluation
Our client is an enterprise-sized Fintech and Gaming provider with offices across the globe.
Client Challenge: Our client had been moving from a waterfall to agile based software engineering over the course of the previous year and had been experiencing significant challenges in work estimation, developer team output, quality and vastly differing approach and user experience from their Agile teams. We partnered with them to assess their team makeup and experience, determining that there were different levels of maturity and understanding in each of their scrum teams.
Result: The biggest insight from the initiative to the client was that their Agile teams were in most cases trying to continue to use water fall based approach to software development and there was little to no experience in Agile Software development. Post engagement the coaches had left the group with a comprehensive understanding of the core principles, a set of common KPIs were established and the client was able to use the metrics.
