Kerry Hays
Chief Executive Officer
Kerry Hays, Founder and CEO of Gigbridge Talent Solutions, brings 27 years of diverse experience in Staffing, Consulting, and Workforce Solutions across IT, Finance, and Engineering sectors. She has held leadership roles in Sales, Service Delivery, Recruiting & Fulfillment, and Operations, including Chief of Staff, delivering strategic talent and consulting services for Fortune 100 companies and mid-market clients.
Kerry’s expertise extends into workforce consulting, where she has developed and implemented strategies that optimize efficiency and enhance organizational performance. Her experience includes workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy, contingent workforce management, and resource optimization. Kerry has led initiatives that improve workforce agility, streamline recruitment processes, and align talent with business objectives, ensuring clients have the right talent in place to meet evolving demands.
Her background as a hiring manager and resource planner gives her a unique understanding of the challenges clients face, enabling her to deliver workforce solutions that drive business success. With hands-on experience in budgeting, staffing plans, and supplier vetting, she appreciates the importance of securing top-tier talent at scale. Dedicated to building lasting partnerships, Kerry and her team are passionate about improving lives by connecting the right talent to the right opportunities. She has successfully launched and managed workforce consulting programs and talent acquisition initiatives, delivering exceptional results for projects of all sizes. Julian van Santen
President/Chief Technology Officer
Julian van Santen, President & Chief Technology Officer at Gigbridge Talent Solutions, brings over 20 years of expertise in Technology, Engineering, and Operations across multiple industries, including Information Technology, Finance, and Engineering. As an entrepreneur and business executive, Julian founded Precision C3, specializing in manufacturing components for the aerospace, electric vehicle, and energy sectors. His deep technical background and leadership have driven innovative solutions in these high-tech fields.
Julian’s extensive experience in financial services includes key roles in risk management, financial crimes and fraud surveillance, private equity, and equity capital markets. As CTO, he has overseen strategic technology initiatives, ensuring the security and scalability of enterprise systems. His hands-on leadership in these areas has given him a strong understanding of both technical and operational complexities.

In addition to his technology leadership, Julian has significant experience in Workforce Strategic Consulting and Professional Services, particularly in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. He has successfully led initiatives to optimize workforce management, implement ERP solutions, and streamline operations for organizations across various sectors, improving efficiency and driving results.
Julian holds an Upper Second Honors degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Southampton University, England. His passion for aviation, ignited in 2015 with an introductory flight, led him to earn his pilot’s license and build his first aircraft, a Vans Aircraft RV. Outside of work, Julian enjoys spending time with family, flying planes, fly fishing, and building cars.
