- The Network Security Architect played a pivotal role in not only addressing immediate security concerns but also in the creation of a specialized team. Gigbridge facilitated the hiring process for this team, ensuring that each member possessed the necessary skills and expertise to collectively strengthen the client’s security infrastructure.
- Recruited an Implementation Lead Engineer for ServiceNow. This move aimed at enhancing the existing system and cross-training existing resources, contributing to a more versatile and knowledgeable team capable of addressing a spectrum of security challenges.
Result: Overall, the approach was comprehensive, addressing both immediate security concerns and the client’s long-term goal of establishing a resilient and skilled security team within the network infrastructure. The clients NIM, Security Architect and gigbridge consultant remain in close contact with bi-weekly check ins to address additional network security concerns, flex staffing resource needs.
