Client Profile:
Our client is an enterprise-sized Fintech and Gaming provider with offices across the globe.
Client Challenge:
Client’s position as a fintech, gaming, and payments enterprise company with a high vulnerability for security faced challenges related to the implementation of a Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). Seeking to partner to collaborate on the rollout of PKI as a critical component in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and authenticity of digital information and communications.
Gigbridge Approach:
- Using a 100 ft Contract Model, engaged in consultations with the client to define the macro scope and timeline of the project.
- Introduced resource requirements through a collaborative project charter.
- Recruited Lead PKI Engineer for effective collaboration and intake with vendor
- Throughout project progression, assessed remaining needs for the Infrastructure Project, including Active Directory Hardening.
- Recruited, interviewed, and selected additional staff to align to SOW timeline.
Result: Ongoing communication and collaboration between the client and the Gigbridge consultants ensured a smooth integration of new team members with the existing team, addressing the client’s challenges in PKI rollout and security enhancement.
